We are currently seeking an Lead Data Engineer to join our team in Addison, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).
Lead Data Engineer - Addison, TX - 24-00920 Job Description:
100% Onsite Position
W2 or C2C
7 month project
Experience:
- 10 yrs of experience in Microsoft Azure Data Services and Microsoft Azure Modern Data Platform
- Function as the Lead Data Architect for a small, simple project/proposal or as a team lead for medium/large sized project or proposal
- Strong experience in Azure is preferred with hands-on experience in 2 or more of these skills : Azure SQL DB ,Azure SQL Managed Instance ,Azure Data Lake Store, Azure Cosmos DB, Azure Database for PostgreSQL, Azure Database for MySQL
- Experience in handling medium to large data migration projects.
- Should be able to drive the technology design meetings, propose technology design and architecture.
- Should have excellent client communication skills, good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Lead the data architecture and design of complex, enterprise-level applications, and systems.
- Define the data requirements and structure for the application.
- Model and design the application data structure, storage, and integration.
- Bachelor s Degree or equivalent in a technology related field (e.g. Computer Science, Engineering, etc.) required.
